





Description: Mandatory: * Minimum of 5 months in current role (for internal applications from Piracanjuba employees); * High school diploma. * Experience in desktop support and maintenance (onsite and remote) and support for Windows 11 and Office 365\. * Basic knowledge of printer maintenance, wired and Wi\-Fi networks, network infrastructure and servers (AD, DHCP, VPN, rack, patch panel, switch), UPS units, and corporate antivirus software. Preferred Qualifications: * Courses in computer support and maintenance. * Provide direct user support for registration, access, and use of corporate systems. * Perform onsite and remote desktop maintenance and support. * Handle requests related to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel). * Configure and perform basic printer maintenance (onsite and via browser). * Check, diagnose, and resolve wired and Wi\-Fi network issues. * Assist in maintaining network infrastructure and servers: Active Directory (AD), DHCP, VPN, racks, patch panels, and switches. * Help administer and monitor corporate antivirus software. * Perform various hardware and software installations and maintenance. * Execute tasks related to internal communication systems and inter-branch communications. * Maintain control and monitoring of mobile phone services and devices. * Support monitoring and maintenance of UPS units and other infrastructure components. 2511200202481879131
