Opportunity to lead and train teams **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Inspect guest rooms (check\-in/check\-out) and common areas to ensure hygiene, organization, maintenance, and replenishment of amenities. \- Control inventory of linens, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and minibar items, as well as manage laundry and tailoring services. \- Attend to guest requests courteously and act as a liaison between the housekeeping team and maintenance staff for repairs. \- Monitor service demands from the department, respond to requests, and schedule execution to meet guest needs. \- Manage laundry and general maintenance costs, updating systems or spreadsheets to support operational managers’ decision-making. \- Conduct regular training sessions with the housekeeping team to ensure service consistency and adherence to standards and protocols. \- Perform monthly inventories of linens and room equipment to enhance guest experience and loyalty. \- Supervise maintenance and housekeeping operations through continuous inspections to guarantee service excellence. \- Monitor guest feedback regarding cleaning, room setup, and general housekeeping services, and develop action plans to address non-conformities, focusing on continuous process improvement. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proactivity; Dedication; Organization; Responsibility; Leadership spirit; Courtesy; Punctuality. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Previous experience in this role is an advantage; Experience with TOTVS/CMNET systems; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation Allowance; Meal Allowance; Gympass; Telemedicine \- Mediquo; Birthday Day Off; University Partnership Program; Discounted Accommodation, among others. **Work Location:** ---------------------- SAMBA RIO BONITO \- RJ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
