Through excellent service, we offer the best and most comprehensive gastronomic experience—rich in flavor—and deliver the finest offerings available in the region. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for: * Preparing and producing our menu items according to technical specifications. * Ensuring product quality aligns with guidance provided by our nutritionist; * Handling food in accordance with technical standards; * Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the workplace; * Ensuring individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment; * Monitoring food replenishment needs according to the established menu. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in the role is required; * A degree or course in gastronomy is a plus; * Agility; * Attention to detail; * Teamwork; * Resilience **Additional Information** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals. For over 20 years, we have been one of the leading restaurants in the city of Petrópolis. Our focus is on premium self-service buffets, renowned for exceptional quality and wide variety of dishes, offering one of the city’s finest gastronomic experiences. Our story began in 1997 in a small roasted chicken shop in the Alto da Serra neighborhood of Petrópolis. Over time, the owner noticed strong customer demand for side dishes such as chicken salad, farofa, and mayonnaise—items that quickly became favorites. Soon after, we opened a small self-service buffet. In 2002, we inaugurated a new location in the city center, gaining immediate success thanks to outstanding quality and service—and winning the enduring preference of Petrópolis residents, as well as tourists. Another unit opened in 2004, now located in the heart of the city on one of Petrópolis’ most traditional and prestigious streets: Rua 16 de Março. After years of excellent service and recognition as one of the city’s top dining experiences, we launched a new unit in Itaipava at the beginning of 2021—offering an all-you-can-eat snack buffet and Japanese cuisine, along with a delicious à la carte menu served during evening hours. In 2023, we inaugurated another unit in Botafogo\-Humaitá, bringing our quality and expertise to Rio de Janeiro.
