In this role, you will be expected to: Conduct field inspections for pre-approval, identifying all activity-related risks. Prepare pre-approvals for all scheduled activities; Perform gemba walks with scheduled maintenance teams; Supervise execution of scheduled activities, identifying and proposing process improvements; Register unmapped defects detected in the field. Develop Work Plans; Requirements: Recruitment process requirements: Basic NR-10 Course (40 hours). Complementary NR-10 (SEP) Course (40 hours) Category B driver's license. Experience as a Field Technician. Experience in medium- and low-voltage power distribution; experience in electrical construction planning (desirable).
