Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES — INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***PROFESSIONALIZING TEACHING PRECEPTOR \- NURSING*** **are:** * Facilitate clinical case discussions; * Provide periodic updates to the Course Coordination regarding the internship teaching plan’s progress; * Evaluate students’ performance in practical activities and record attendance; * Guide students during execution of their activities and regarding their rights and responsibilities; * Implement and ensure compliance with the internship teaching plan; * Proficiency in using technologies (operating system of the host institution); * Directly supervise students’ practical activities; * Attend meetings convened by the Course Coordination; * Contribute to student development by serving as the bridge between academic instruction and professional practice; * Prepare activity reports according to the model and schedule provided by the Coordination; * Organize the physical space for local activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * **Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;** * Prior experience in internships within primary healthcare networks is desirable. * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject; * Availability to accommodate scheduling requirements; * An updated Lattes curriculum is mandatory; this is one of the elimination criteria. **Additional Information** Extended remote work (home office) is available for new mothers returning from maternity leave, for up to 3 months, depending on the role performed.
