Through excellent service, we offer the best and most comprehensive gastronomic experience—rich in flavor—and deliver the finest offerings available in the region. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for: * Assisting with meat cutting * Assisting with pot washing * Assisting with dishwashing * Assisting with frying * Assisting with washing vegetables and legumes * Assisting at the pasta station * Assisting at any station as directed by the head chef * Assisting with cleaning all stations * Assisting with cleaning the entire kitchen—including hoods, countertops, stoves, ovens, etc. * Complying with sanitary inspection regulations * Labeling food items according to regulations * Checking product expiration dates and labels before use * Observing and complying with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) manual and POPs (Procedures for Operational Procedures) * Using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to work well in a team * Focus * Discipline and attention to detail * Proactivity * Proven experience in the role and agility are required * Culinary training is a plus * Availability to work on a rotating 6x1 schedule **Additional Information** * Night shift hours * Meal allowance * On-site meals For over 20 years, we have been one of Petrópolis’ leading restaurants. Our work focuses on premium buffet-by-weight services, recognized for exceptional quality and wide variety of dishes, offering one of the city’s finest gastronomic experiences. Our story began in 1997 in a small roasted chicken shop in the Alto da Serra neighborhood of Petrópolis. Over time, the owner identified growing demand for side dishes such as chicken salad, farofa, and mayonnaise—items that quickly became customer favorites—leading us to open a small buffet-by-weight restaurant. In 2002, we inaugurated a new unit in the city center, gaining rapid popularity thanks to outstanding quality and service, winning the lasting preference of Petrópolis residents—and now also tourists. Another unit opened in 2004, located in the heart of the city on one of Petrópolis’ most traditional and prestigious streets: Rua 16 de Março. After years of excellent service and delivering one of the city’s finest dining experiences, we launched a new unit in Itaipava at the beginning of 2021, offering not only buffet-style service but also an all-you-can-eat snack and Japanese cuisine menu, complemented by a delicious à la carte menu served during evening hours. In 2023, we inaugurated another unit in Botafogo-Humaitá, bringing our full quality and expertise to Rio de Janeiro.
