




Job Summary: The professional will assist in ingredient preparation, dish plating, kitchen cleaning, inventory organization, and adherence to food hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. Food safety and inventory organization Main Responsibilities: * **Ingredient Preparation:** Wash, peel, chop, and prepare food items according to the chef's or cook's requirements. * **Assistance in Food Preparation:** Help with plating dishes, recipe preparation, and stewarding services. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keep the kitchen clean and organized by washing utensils and equipment and cleaning work areas. * **Inventory Management:** Check and maintain organization of food and supply inventory. * **Hygiene and Food Safety:** Follow hygiene and food safety standards to ensure food quality and safety. * **Assistance with Other Tasks:** May assist with other tasks such as pantry organization, monitoring product expiration dates, and purchasing.
