Opportunity in an aviation environment focused on continuous improvement **Job Description Summary** =========================== **Job Description** =================== **Key Responsibilities** * Monitoring and supporting inspection teams in closing G1, including the screening process * Supporting repair operations (G2\), process analysis, and dispositions * Issuing and controlling DRs \& DICAs * Participating in SB Committees * Participating in AWO events to identify opportunities for scrap reduction **Required Qualifications** * Advanced English (written and spoken) * Completed high school education * Proven experience in aviation * Advanced Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) * Knowledge of technical drawing * Familiarity with handling aviation manuals and regulations **Preferred Qualifications** * ANAC GMP certification or pursuing a bachelor's degree * Proactive, organized, and team-oriented * Knowledge of repair and inspection processes * Strong interpersonal skills **Note** * Willingness to work across multiple locations (headquarters and branches) * Willingness to work the second shift GE Aerospace is an employer committed to **equal opportunity** in its recruitment and selection processes.
