Junior Quality and Process Analyst to maintain management systems and drive continuous improvement, supporting daily operations, controlling processes, and promoting a quality culture.

We are seeking a Junior Quality and Process Analyst to support the maintenance of management systems and contribute to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives. This person will support departmental routines, assist in process control, monitor performance indicators (KPIs), manage nonconformances, support audits, and promote a quality culture across all organizational levels.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support maintenance of management systems, ensuring information organization and up-to-date documentation;
* Control and organize documents and records related to management systems;
* Support internal and external audit activities;
* Monitor nonconformances and support tracking of corrective actions;
* Update and monitor performance indicators (KPIs);
* Support process mapping and standardization;
* Assist in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing related actions;
* Support communication of quality- and process-related information;
* Provide internal departmental support to meet management system requirements;
* Support development and training on quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, PDCA, root cause analysis);
* Support awareness-raising and dissemination of quality best practices.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Biology, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, Business Processes, Project Management, or related fields;
* Knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 45001\);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills;
* Basic understanding of process mapping and continuous improvement.
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Training in ISO standard interpretation or internal auditor certification;
* Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025;
* Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio);
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or Green Belt);
* Practical experience applying Lean Service methodologies and continuous improvement.
