Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for managing medical appointments, providing telephone and in-person support, and coordinating information for patients.
Key Highlights:
1. Telephone and in-person support for customers and physicians.
2. Appointment scheduling and patient information management.
3. Participation in the department's task rotation.
* Monitor medical requests related to appointment schedules;
* Record medical requests related to appointment schedules;
* Provide telephone support to customers and physicians;
* Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments via telephone and/or WhatsApp;
* Provide patients with information about outpatient clinic procedures via telephone and/or WhatsApp;
* Call patients to confirm appointments;
* Record any departmental incidents in the incident logbook and monitor incidents reported by colleagues;
* Record messages and relay them to designated individuals;
* Provide in-person patient support at the reception desk on Saturdays;
* Resolve pending issues;
* Guide customers on regulations, procedures, and service price lists;
* Participate in the department's task rotation;
Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
