Key Responsibilities * **Team Coordination and Leadership Support:** * Act as the **manager's right hand**, assisting in the coordination and management of Kitchen and Front of House teams. * Train, motivate, and monitor team performance, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with store goals. * **Hands\-On Operations:** * Actively and directly participate in all production stages.
