Job Summary: Professional to perform FTTH/FTTA network installation and repair tasks, providing technical support to residential customers and conducting equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To join this team, the candidate will be challenged with: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Repairing/correcting service faults, including slow speed, WiFi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connection, etc.; * Removing cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Verifying service feasibility when the commercial team is uncertain whether our network is available in a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (room-to-room move); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers change their service plans; * Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties as required by the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Ideal Candidate Profile: * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license (permanent); * NR 10 (electrical safety) and NR 35 (work at height) certifications preferred; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies preferred. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discount on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rate * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion across Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
