Food safety and good practices ✨ Key Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing doughs, breads, cakes, and other bakery products; * Sort and organize ingredients according to recipes; * Support the shaping, fermentation, and baking processes; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, utensils, and equipment; * Perform accurate weighing and proper storage of ingredients; * Assist in monitoring product expiration dates and preservation; * Package, label, and organize goods for display or sale; * Restock products on display cases and shelves as needed; * Follow hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good handling practices; * Support the baker with daily production tasks.
