Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Procurement Analyst to acquire materials, equipment, and services, with a focus on negotiations and internal process efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Cost analysis and process optimization We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our team, working strategically to procure materials, equipment, and services. This professional will be responsible for conducting negotiations with suppliers to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery timelines, while directly contributing to internal process efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers; * Analyze commercial proposals to identify the best cost\-benefit ratio; * Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and product\/service quality; * Issue purchase orders and oversee the entire process through to delivery; * Develop and maintain supplier relationships; * Analyze costs and identify opportunities for reduction; * Support inventory control and procurement planning; * Ensure compliance with company internal policies. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement; * Strong negotiation and data analysis skills; * Analytical, organized profile with good communication skills; * Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with ERP systems; * Background in strategic supplier analysis.
