Job Summary: A professional to analyze and plan the order portfolio, manage cargo allocation, optimize operational productivity, and ensure customer communication. Key Highlights: 1. Customer communication and report generation Responsibilities: * Analyze the customer's order portfolio; * Analyze stage availability; * Contact the operations team; * Monitor the operational team's performance; * Request vehicle presentations for the customer; * Perform system-based cargo breakdowns; * Perform cargo allocation; * Receive and format the order portfolio (Dock Schedule); * Generate various information, reports, and KPIs; * Track cargo status and update both the customer and KN management team; * Perform additions, modifications, and deletions in the Dock Schedule; * Transmit information to the customer; * Analyze reasons for operational planning deviations; * Identify opportunities to improve operational productivity; * Commitment to QSHE standards and performance; * Observe and respect KN's values; * Collaborate with quality policy and objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in logistics planning; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency; * Ability to negotiate deadlines and priorities.
