Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Assistant to support general financial tasks, material procurement, document preparation, and internal/external customer service, while maintaining databases. System and reporting maintenance We are currently looking for a Financial Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in Campo Grande/MS. Responsibilities: Assist with general financial tasks, accounts payable—such as entering invoices and bank slips into the system, bank entries, cash reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and financial spreadsheet adjustments. Procure office supplies and inventory, and make purchase recommendations as needed. Prepare documents, emails, and provide internal/external customer service. Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to appropriate team members when necessary. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Maintain and update company databases and systems with accurate and up-to-date information. Perform daily expense report adjustments. **Requirements:** High school diploma; Prior experience in accounting/finance roles is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel). Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize assignments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
