Responsibilities and Duties Install and configure software and hardware, guiding users on required specifications and commands for usage; Organize and manage materials necessary for operational tasks, service orders, processing results, supplies, etc.; Interpret messages displayed on the monitor and take appropriate actions; Notify and inform system users or the IT analyst of any failures occurring; Provide necessary technical support to ensure proper equipment operation—including module, component, and part replacement, configuration, and installation; Control and oversee correct equipment usage; Participate in training programs when requested; Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the position. Register and track technical support requests. **Requirements:** Completed High School; Preferred: Currently pursuing a university degree in IT or related fields; Preferred: Prior experience in the field; Preferred: Proficiency in technologies such as mobility and cloud computing; Preferred: English proficiency for reading and writing.
