Perform vehicle diagnostic, inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance services in accordance with procedures pre\-established by the manufacturer and/or Enzo Group, aiming to resolve mechanical issues while ensuring service quality delivered at the business unit. * Perform technical vehicle diagnostics to define the scope of services required; * Ensure the integrity and preservation of received vehicles as well as customers’ personal belongings; * Execute mechanical and electrical services, ensuring all safety procedures are followed; * Ensure customer satisfaction regarding contracted services; * Ensure agility, quality, and safety in performed services to avoid rework.
