Guarantee network inventory accuracy through planning, coordination, and execution of physical and cycle counts, ensuring information reliability, loss reduction, and support for commercial and operational decision-making.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate the inventory team;
* Coordinate the contracted third-party company responsible for conducting inventories;
* Develop the inventory schedule according to demand and validate it with management;
* Monitor unit preparation in advance of inventories to ensure compliance with required standards;
* Implement improvement actions and conduct post-inventory follow-up;
* Identify and evaluate optimal third-party companies for inventory services;
* Monitor results and provide feedback to the department team;
* Manage employee vacation scheduling;
* Review overtime bank reports and schedule compensatory time within the contractual deadline;
* Inform management of situations deviating from company practices;
**Required Qualifications:**
* Completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields);
* Proven experience in retail inventory and stock control;
* Knowledge of stock control and management reporting;
* Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
* Willingness to travel and valid driver's license (Category B).
