Manage supplier relationships and seek partnerships **Opportunity:** Triunfante Brasil Distribuidora de Alimentos S.A. is looking for a Specialized Buyer to work at our headquarters. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated and innovative team in the food distribution sector. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure appropriate resale conditions for purchased products with suppliers; guarantee competitiveness for the sales team. * Share accountability with sales managers for achieving revenue targets. * Oversee departmental KPIs such as margin, inventory days, and financial cycle. * Develop and implement commercial policies and procurement strategies, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * Manage supplier relationships, pursuing long-term partnerships and new market opportunities; evaluate new supplier onboarding jointly with branch and commercial managers. * Maintain pricing and cost tables. * Collaborate with other departments—including logistics, finance, and sales—for strategic alignment. **Differentiators:** * Solid experience in high-volume procurement (preferred). * Strategic negotiation skills and supplier relationship management. * Experience in structuring and improving procurement processes. * Strong analytical capability and proficiency with cost control and budgeting tools. * Leadership profile with experience managing teams. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Procurement Management, Supply Chain, or Strategic Negotiation. **Requirements:** * Experience in procurement and negotiations; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of supplier management; * Market analysis capability; * Negotiation skills; * Completed undergraduate degree. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Dental plan (Odontoprev); * Gym pass (Wellhub); * Telemedicine (Conexa); * Competitive salary package; * Access to professional development programs; * Collaborative and dynamic work environment; This position is onsite at the company headquarters.
