Learn administrative routines, assist in carrying out tasks with excellence, follow supervisors' instructions in compliance with procedures, and meet established and agreed deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in administrative tasks within the assigned department according to guidance and supervision. * Assist in customer service (e.g., receive, identify, and announce visitors). * Answer and make phone calls as instructed and under supervision. * Assist in distributing correspondence for the dealership.
