Provide user training and activate corporate services. **Description:** ---------------- The External Technical Support position is responsible for performing on-site maintenance at customer locations to resolve internet network issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers. Responsible for analyzing Digital Net and customer equipment, identifying potential improvements, and implementing solutions to enhance the stability and speed of Digital Net customers' connections. Key Responsibilities As an External Technical Support professional, you will be responsible for: * Diagnosing and resolving fiber optic connection issues, including testing optical power, cleaning connectors, and replacing defective components to ensure signal quality. * Testing and ensuring optimal performance of fiber optic and Wi-Fi networks, verifying speed, stability, and connection integrity. * Replacing and repairing routers and fiber optic equipment as needed, following identification, installation, and testing procedures. * Installing and configuring devices and repeaters to extend and stabilize the network, providing full coverage and efficient signal distribution. * Configuring customer devices to ensure proper operation and access to contracted services. * Providing user training on correct device usage to maximize benefits and prevent operational issues. * Removing and installing equipment per customer requests. * Upgrading equipment to newer versions to improve connection quality. * Activating contracted services for corporate customers, providing guidance on functionality and bandwidth capacity. * Maintaining a clean and well-kept vehicle to ensure safe and efficient driving.
