Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Assistant to support loading and unloading of goods, warehouse organization, and logistical support, ensuring excellence and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ethical work environment focused on growth We are looking for a responsible Assistant to perform loading and unloading tasks for goods onto and off trucks, as well as warehouse organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers with pickups and deliveries, supporting loading, unloading, and cargo organization. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto and off trucks, including redelivery operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods, deliver them to responsible parties, and record inventory adjustments in the system. * Receive mailbags from branches, forward them to the finance department, and register them in the system. * Support warehouse organization across distribution center platforms and maintain clean, orderly storage areas and truck bodies. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations, use PPE correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary Education. **Additional Information** Meal Allowance; Food Allowance; Basic Food Basket; PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and Compensation Plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack" (maternity kit); Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
