Support the definition of work methods and processes, and ensure documentation and process standardization across the Enzo Group structure, aiming to identify bottlenecks, propose and implement improvements focused on operational efficiency, agility, and process security. * Analyze and review Process Management models; * Map processes; * Contribute to developing solutions enabling greater operational efficiency; * Document processes by linking procedures to be executed; * Communicate and disseminate information regarding changes applied to a given process; * Provide support to finance control, internal and external audits, and regulatory bodies. * Test and monitor implementation of actions outlined in planning;
