Job Summary: The Project Analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing project deliverables, ensuring project coordination and integration, and supporting communication and contract management. Assistance in BIM implementation **Job Mission** The Project Analyst is primarily responsible for analyzing project deliverables (Architecture, Landscape, Interiors, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, PSCIP, Air Conditioning and Exhaust, Barbecue Exhaust, Gas, Stair Pressurization, Earthworks, Infrastructure, Foundations and Retaining Structures, Steel Structures, etc.) for developments, including adherence to project timelines and requirements, and leading the team of contracted designers. Ensuring perfect interdisciplinary coordination among projects and their correct integration. Also collaborating with communication across different departments involved in projects, integrating solutions with construction activities according to the company's construction characteristics, managing contracts, and communicating directly with suppliers. **Responsibilities** * Monitoring project delivery schedules; * Architecture and complementary projects (monitoring, analysis, and deliverables); * Ensuring interdisciplinary coordination of architecture and complementary projects; * Monitoring needs from other departments and construction related to projects; * Interface with the Engineering department; * Assistance in implementing BIM within the projects department; * Analysis of complementary project models; * Contract management and direct communication with suppliers.
