Description: * Availability to work full-time * Residency in São José dos Pinhais or within a radius of up to 100 km * Completed undergraduate degree in Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields (graduated no more than 2 years ago) * Academic or practical knowledge of process mapping, scheduling, and risk analysis required * Experience in industrial project and process management, and familiarity with continuous improvement, data analysis, and performance indicators is desirable * Fluent English * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI * Experience with SAP system (advantageous) * Provide technical and analytical support during the planning, implementation, and monitoring phases of the new project * Support process mapping, definition of operational workflows, and performance indicators * Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones, contributing analyses and action plans * Participate in identifying risks, opportunities, and improvements throughout project execution * Support interface with departments such as Production, Processes, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Engineering * Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and technical documentation * Comply with safety, quality, environmental, and compliance standards. 2512310202491938998
