Organize trays and identify assemblies, ensuring correct component placement to facilitate assembly. Perform crimping tasks using appropriate tools and following established procedures. Support operators during switch assembly, observing operational practices and contributing with support activities. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, promoting a safe and efficient environment for task execution. Place materials and tools into compartments (trays) as instructed, ensuring easy access and organization of used resources. Prepare conductive cables by removing insulation with the aid of a machine programmed according to technical specifications, ensuring process accuracy. Cut and strip cables to lengths defined in the project, using a tape measure and appropriate tools to ensure dimensional compliance. Connect cables to the transformer switch via compression, using an electric pliers and other appropriate tools, in accordance with technical standards. Insulate wires with heat-shrink tubing or crepe paper, as per assembly instructions, ensuring connection protection and integrity. Ensure correct assembly sequence, respecting different cable sizes and applicable technical standards, guaranteeing assembly functionality. Identify and organize assembled sets in trays, ensuring traceability and supporting final equipment assembly. Clean the work area and maintain tools and equipment, contributing to resource durability and environmental safety. Comply with safety, organization, and operational procedure standards, acting responsibly and committed to quality. Apply 5S practices in the workplace and encourage the team to maintain organization, cleanliness, and operational discipline. Assist, when necessary, on the active part assembly line with cable/wire cutting and crimping tasks—activities similar to those already performed in switch assembly. Comply with and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organization standards, acting responsibly and committed.
