**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** 30 Hours Per Week
**Level:** Internship
**Employment Type:** Internship
* Assist in monitoring crop development (banana, cocoa, and others);
* Support pest, disease, and weed assessment;
* Assist in field agronomic data collection (flowering, fruit set, yield, plant health);
* Support the implementation of agricultural experiments and side-by-side trials;
* Assist in recommending and monitoring fertilization and pesticide applications;
* Conduct field records and organize technical information;
* Support the team in implementing good agricultural practices;
* Assist in developing agricultural projects;\*
* Participate in field activities such as harvesting and planting;\*
* Conduct market research and research on new agricultural technologies;\*
* Attend technical team meetings;\*
* Perform other related duties within the scope of work.\*
**Requirements:**
* **Education: Enrolled in Agronomic Engineering program, from the 6th semester onward.**
* Interest in fruit cultivation and management of perennial crops;
* Basic knowledge of plant physiology, soil science, and plant protection;
* Availability for fieldwork;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* **Preferred Qualifications:**
* Prior experience (even academic) in fruit cultivation;
* Participation in research or extension projects;
* Basic knowledge of data collection and analysis;
* Driver's License Category B.
