




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for front desk service, administrative support to secretariats and event organization, as well as procurement of materials. Key Highlights: 1. Procurement of materials \*Front desk service; \*Support to secretariats: scheduling confirmations for meetings, lectures, courses, and other events when necessary; registering members in the system and adding them to WhatsApp groups; requesting snacks and other items; preparing various quotations; \*Procurement of materials by phone: supermarket, stationery store, and others. \*Support in organizing and picking up snacks when necessary. \*Support in organizing auditoriums and the reception area. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 1:15 PM to 10:15 PM! Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (if necessary, hours may be adjusted slightly later). Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM; if afternoon classes are scheduled, hours will be adjusted accordingly!
