**JOB DESCRIPTION** Large company with a premium position in the **services and wellness** segment is seeking a **Unit Manager** to work in **Vila Velha/ES**. The professional will be responsible for the **complete operational management**, leading teams, ensuring customer service excellence, and achieving sales and performance targets for the unit. **On-site position** \| **Location:** Vila Velha/ES \| **Schedule:** 8 hours per day (one day per week opens at 5 a.m., another closes at 10 p.m.) \| **CLT contract** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Manage all unit teams (approximately 20 employees); * Coordinate customer service and reception; * Supervise professionals within the unit; * Ensure achievement of targets, service quality, and company standards; * Monitor performance indicators, results, and customer satisfaction; * Manage administrative, financial, and operational routines; * Be responsible for managing contracts and outsourced services; * Oversee facility maintenance, equipment, and unit safety; * Report results directly to regional management. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * **Bachelor's degree completed**, preferably in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields; * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – advanced level)**; * Experience in **indicator control, goal management, and customer service**; * **Strategic and operational profile** with a 360° view of the unit; * Availability for **occasional overtime**. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Profile with **strong commercial focus and results orientation**; * Experience serving **A and AA market segments**, emphasizing high-quality customer experience. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Inspirational leadership and ownership mindset; * Organization and responsibility; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Results-driven and committed to service excellence; * Decision-making ability and strategic thinking.
