Founded in 2024, it already boasts a robust backlog and real-world challenges related to scale, integration, and delivery. We seek a technically passionate leader who thrives on high-impact coding and resilient architectures. You will serve as the technical reference for a multidisciplinary squad, balancing hands-on work with strategic B2B product vision and AI innovation. **What you’ll bring to the team:** * Deep expertise in Python (Back-end) and React.js (Front-end). * Systems Thinking: Solid experience with scalable architectures, microservices, and cloud ecosystems. * Passionate about solving complex problems and designing robust APIs that support highly available and performant systems. * Practical experience or dedicated study in Generative AI and LLMs—whether in scaled products or consistent technical exploration projects. Requirements: * Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Leader. * Demonstrated experience with Python and React.js. * Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). * Prior experience in B2B environments. * Proactive, resilient profile with mentoring capabilities for talent. * Mindset focused on performance and scalability.
