We believe in each student’s potential — and support them consistently, with active listening and excellence, throughout their entire educational journey. **Our performance is living proof that our pedagogical approach works, is solid, and truly transformative.** **If you believe in the power of education and want to be part of this story, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** ----------------------------------- **Your mission will be:** * Collect, organize, and analyze data related to enrollment, re-enrollment, and other commercial indicators using Excel and Power BI. * Identify patterns and generate insights from data analysis. * Prepare simple and objective reports to communicate analysis results. * Analyze performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities. * Support commercial leadership in data-driven decision-making. * Ensure consistency, reliability, and timeliness of information. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a Data Assistant with an analytical profile and business vision, acting as a strategic partner to the commercial area. This person will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, contributing to goal setting, performance tracking, development of more efficient commercial actions, and other related activities. **To take on this challenge, you must have:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Analytical ability and experience in data analysis and visualization (Excel and Power BI); * Ability to break down and structure problems; * Strong communication skills: after all, we’ll need to present these indicators, and it’s essential to tell a compelling story through them (data storytelling); * Enjoy interacting with people: you’ll hold meetings and presentations across various hierarchical levels, so openness to such interactions is important. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency; * Experience creating reports in Power BI. **Additional Information** **Additional Information** -------------------------- Working hours: 44 hours per week.
