### **Desired Qualifications**
Postgraduate degree and certifications in IT;
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial sector);
Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow);
Knowledge of integration with ML models or consumption of AI APIs;
Experience with mid-sized environments and processing significant volumes of data.### **Job Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
Practical experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines;
Solid knowledge of Python for ETL, data manipulation, and APIs (Pandas, NumPy, PySpark);
Practical experience with Spark and/or Kafka;
Knowledge of batch and streaming processing;
Knowledge of Data Lake, Lakehouse, and Data Warehouse;
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases;
Basic understanding of NoSQL;
Basic understanding of DataOps, pipeline versioning, and monitoring;
Practical application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).### **Your Responsibilities**
Actively support requirement definition for the IT/Data infrastructure area, contributing technical analyses of proposed solutions and alternatives, evaluating impacts on performance, cost, scalability, and alignment with existing architecture;
Adopt a moderately critical perspective, suggesting improvements and identifying technical risks, aligned with guidelines established by senior teams and corporate architecture;
Participate in designing and implementing medium-complexity data architectures, following standards and guidelines defined by corporate architecture;
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into accessible language to facilitate alignment and decision-making;
Actively contribute to project success by anticipating needs, supporting other areas, and participating in resolving technical disagreements maturely and with a results-oriented focus;
Actively collaborate in defining and extracting data from diverse sources for ingestion into Big Data platforms, ensuring adherence to established standards;
Support data structure modeling and organization to ensure appropriateness, accessibility, and availability for consumption, guaranteeing alignment between operational data and required analytical models;
Actively contribute to data and system integration projects, implementing medium-complexity solutions and ensuring adherence to defined architectural standards;
Support technical solution design, participate in evolving the existing architecture, and maintain and continuously improve systems under your responsibility.### **It’s important to remember that...**
