All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage wood loading and transportation operations: ensuring efficiency, safety, and operational excellence across the entire forest logistics cycle; * Manage administrative and field teams: plan resources and optimize processes, with both strategic (planning and KPIs) and operational (daily execution and activity control) involvement, promoting engagement, training, and goal achievement; * Develop and monitor transportation plans, schedules, and performance indicators (tons/hour, km/ton, cost, fleet efficiency, route optimization), ensuring optimal logistics utilization; * Collaborate with Maintenance, Planning, and Operational Control departments to align supply strategy; * Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement, performance, and innovation projects; * Manage transportation contracts, suppliers, and service providers; * Support affiliated companies in their operations; * Supervise compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Transportation Legislation standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Proven experience in Forest Transportation Operations and/or Wood Loading; * Team management experience; * Proficiency in tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP/TMS is desirable; * Driver’s license Category B; * Willingness to work on-site; * Full in-person availability, location: Telêmaco Borba \- PR. **Additional Information** You’ll find all the traditional benefits you already know—and more: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal assistance, and more—available 24/7 with complete confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and adolescents’ education is.
