Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and access control systems, providing technical support and diagnosing faults. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work with security technologies RESPONSIBILITIES: * Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and access control systems. * Install and configure access control systems, ensuring effective communication between reception desks and residents or customers. * Conduct operational tests and ensure the integrity of installed systems. * Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding the use of installed systems. * Diagnose and resolve faults in security and remote reception systems, delivering specialized technical support. WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed high school education; technical training in Electronics, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred. * Prior experience installing and maintaining CCTV and access control systems. * Knowledge of structured cabling, IP camera configuration, DVR/NVR, and switches is desirable. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to provide customer support. * Proactivity, organization, and commitment to deadlines and service quality. * Driver's license category B.
