Focus on best practices and modular architecture with Flutter/Dart **About the Opportunity** RP INFO is looking for Mobile Application Developers - Flutter to join our technology team. We have openings for both Mid-level and Senior positions, focused on developing mobile applications tailored to the retail industry. We seek professionals passionate about technology, committed to development best practices, and eager to build scalable, innovative, and high-impact solutions for our clients. **Responsibilities:** **Mid-level Mobile Flutter Developer:** * Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter/Dart; * Work with modular architecture to ensure code organization, quality, and scalability; * Integrate applications with APIs, management systems, and retail ecosystem solutions (ERP, e-commerce, loyalty programs, payment systems, etc.); * Ensure software quality through unit testing and version control best practices; * Collaborate with Design, Product, and Backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions; * Participate in technical discussions, propose improvements, and contribute to continuous project evolution. **Senior Mobile Flutter Developer** In addition to the Mid-level responsibilities, the Senior role includes: * Technical leadership in Flutter/Dart mobile application development; * Defining architectural standards, performance, scalability, and code quality; * Conducting code reviews and mentoring team developers; * Participating in strategic technical decisions and defining application architecture; * Leading technical discussions, proposing process improvements, and supporting the team’s technical maturity growth; * Monitoring and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and app store publishing processes; * Tech Stack: * Flutter / Dart; * Modular Architecture; * Dio; * MobX; * Hive / SQLite; * Mocktail. **Requirements:** **Mid-level Role:** * 2–4 years of experience in mobile development with Flutter/Dart; * Knowledge of architectural patterns and clean code best practices; * Experience with state management and data persistence; * Familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL API integration; * Experience publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play and the App Store; * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). **Senior Role:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile development with Flutter/Dart; * Proficiency in Clean Architecture, MVVM, modularization, and development best practices; * Advanced experience with state management and data persistence; * Solid experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs; * Experience publishing, maintaining, and troubleshooting apps on app stores; * Experience in technical leadership, code review, and developer mentoring; * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with retail-specific solutions (Mobile POS, ERP, e-commerce, loyalty programs); * Knowledge of payment integrations (Pix, digital wallets, TEF); * Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications; * Knowledge of Clean Architecture, MVVM, and similar architectures; * Native development experience with Kotlin and/or Swift; * Best practices in automated testing and code coverage; * Participation in Open Source projects or internal technical standard definition. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or parking assistance; * Meal and food vouchers; * Health insurance - Unimed; * Dental insurance - Uniodonto; * Group life insurance; * Career development plan.
