Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Projects Intern to support the operational and administrative routines of the IT PMO, contributing to the organization and tracking of activities. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development in a solid and ethical environment since 1970 We are looking for an IT Projects Intern to support the IT PMO. The hiring objective is to assist in the operational and administrative routines of Technology Projects, contributing to the organization of requests and tracking of team activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support requesting areas in completing project and improvement requests. * Assist in reviewing and organizing information prior to technical analysis. * Support the initial refinement of business and technical requirements, under team guidance. * Assist in preparing materials and presentations for Kick-off meetings. * Assist in updating and maintaining operational project dashboards. * Support the preparation and updating of reports directed to business areas. * Track pending tasks and communicate their status to responsible parties and the PMO team. * Support the tracking of deliverables and operational controls related to suppliers and partners. * Assist in clarifying doubts regarding test evidence. * Support sending Closure Agreements via DocuSign. * Assist in sending and tracking Customer Satisfaction Surveys. * Support updating standard artifacts, checklists, cadences, and templates. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT-related fields * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM **Additional Information** Since 1970, when a young engineer decided to found Plaenge, our purpose has always been clear: **to be a solid, ethical company with real impact on people's lives.** More than 55 years later, we are proud of what we have built: projects transforming cities, relationships founded on respect and trust, and a team growing alongside our history.
