Responsible for ensuring financial health and risk control **Senior Financial Analyst / Credit Analyst** **Location:** Steel Shopp **Department:** Finance / Administration **Employment Type:** CLT (or as mutually agreed) **About the Role** We are seeking a **Senior Financial Analyst with Credit Analysis experience**, to directly handle financial controls, process execution, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and **rigorous credit analysis for customers**. We seek an **organized, responsible, analytical, and disciplined** professional who appreciates routine, follows processes, and possesses maturity to handle sensitive financial information. This position is strategic and provides direct support to management, responsible for **ensuring reliability, organization, and prevention of financial risks**. **Key Responsibilities** **Accounts Payable** * Daily verification and clearing of invoices * Strict monitoring of due dates (D\-1\) * Verification of incoming invoices * Digital organization and archiving of documents * Submission of daily reports on paid accounts **Accounts Receivable** * Monitoring of overdue and upcoming receivables * Verification of receipts (PIX, credit card, payment links, barter) * Validation of bank and acquirer payment confirmations * Accurate system entries * Ensuring no sale is released without financial confirmation **Bank Reconciliation** * Daily reconciliation of bank statements vs. ledgers * Immediate identification of discrepancies * Organization of data for audit and accounting purposes **Credit Analysis (MANDATORY)** * Conduct credit analysis for customers (legal entities and individuals) * Assess risks based on: * Payment history * Credit bureau inquiries * Customer's financial capacity * Issue technical opinions: **approved / approved with restrictions / rejected** * Recommend credit limits, terms, and payment conditions * Record and document all analyses performed * Support commercial decisions without compromising the company's financial health **Processes and Controls** * Execute and ensure adherence to financial procedures * Support continuous improvement of processes * Flag risks, failures, or inconsistencies * Act with full accountability and confidentiality **Mandatory Requirements** ✔ Proven experience in operational finance ✔ Practical experience with: * Accounts payable * Accounts receivable * Bank reconciliation * ✔ * **Real-world credit analysis experience** * ✔ Intermediate/advanced Excel✔ Organization, attention to detail, and discipline * **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Organized and responsible * Analytical and meticulous * Committed to processes * Does not work ad hoc * Does not require constant follow-up * Capable of anticipating problems **What We Do NOT Seek** Professionals who: * Dislike routine * Work without verifying information * Ignore procedures * Pass problems to management **Advantages** Experience in mid-sized companies Experience across multiple group companies Experience with financial management systems Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
