Record property accounts and due dates in control spreadsheets. Organize and save invoices in Google Drive. Record and monitor payments in the Sankhya system. Verify payment status of invoices. Handle requests via Demanda\+ (hiring, termination, and replacement). Audit electronic equipment in stock. Ship equipment when available or advise on purchase when unavailable. Prepare responsibility agreements. Open supply-related incidents in WebSetrata and monitor signatures.
