Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining, planning, and implementing network infrastructure to ensure continuous operation and issue resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of network infrastructure. 2. Participation in the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects. 3. Troubleshooting and diagnostics for network infrastructure. **Brief Description:** Responsible for maintaining network infrastructure to ensure its continuous and efficient operation. Duties include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on both backbone infrastructure and site equipment, ensuring network integrity and reliability. Participates in infrastructure project planning and implementation, as well as monitoring project execution. Conducts diagnostics and directly resolves infrastructure-related issues. **Education Requirement:** Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Networks, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in related areas are desirable. **Technical and Specific Knowledge:** Intermediate proficiency in Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Notepad); Code of Ethics and Conduct; LGPD – General Data Protection Law (basic knowledge); Intermediate knowledge of Computer Networks; Advanced knowledge of Telecommunications Network Infrastructure; Knowledge of Project and Process Management. **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 2 (two) years of relevant experience. * Analyze and plan network infrastructure architecture, adapting it to the organization’s specific needs. * Continuously evaluate and monitor network infrastructure performance to ensure it effectively meets current and future requirements. * Analyze and plan network infrastructure upgrades based on predictive analyses of network growth and data demand, to prevent overload and ensure scalability. * Maintain detailed documentation of network infrastructure, operational procedures, and any changes made, ensuring information remains up-to-date and accessible. * Monitor and manage mesh incidents, keeping documentation updated and recording major events occurring within the mesh. * Execute corrective actions on network infrastructure immediately following an incident. * Perform predictive and preventive maintenance on network infrastructure. * Communicate with partners, suppliers, and customers regarding any network infrastructure maintenance or expansion activities. * Generate on-demand reports on data/information from the network infrastructure department. * Inform other departments of all activities that may potentially impact the network or any customer. * Collect necessary data to generate departmental performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information. * Develop action plans based on recent incident data, planning strategic actions to mitigate risks and prevent future occurrences. * Stay informed about new market trends related to the field of expertise and propose process improvements and innovations for products and services. * Follow guidelines outlined in the Internal Regulations and guide the team on human resource management processes: vacation program, and participate in personnel movement processes (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and dismissals). * Familiarize oneself with new products and services offered by the company. * Proactively address customer problems and needs. * Promote and participate in company events and meetings, as well as engage during social gatherings. * Ensure ethical standards and appropriate professional conduct become part of the organizational culture. * Maintain, clean, and ensure proper functioning of departmental equipment and facilities. * Maintain organization of physical and digital company documents and ensure their accurate updating. * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
