Be the protagonist of your direction, be the protagonist of your development, and be the protagonist of your path. **What You Will Do** Reporting to our Production Leader, you will help execute operational activities such as loading, unloading, transportation, cleaning, labeling, and equipment operation, ensuring a safe and efficient production process. You will perform inspections and minor repairs, flag maintenance needs, and record production information for order control and tracking. You will work in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards, maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Additionally, you will identify deviations and opportunities for improvement, reporting them to your supervisor to support continuous process improvement. **Who We Are Looking For** We are seeking someone who is responsible and ready to be the protagonist of this role—someone full of energy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with like-minded people.
