(100% IN-PERSON POSITION) JOB SCOPE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT Salary: BRL 2,100.00 during the probationary period (90 days); after probation, the salary increases to BRL 3,212.00 + performance-based bonuses as a Customer Service Analyst (position and salary change occurs in the month following the end of the probationary period). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00. Benefits ° Meal Voucher: BRL 29.35 per day (monthly deduction of BRL 7.00) ° Transportation Voucher: 6% salary deduction, capped at the actual amount used.
