Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Responsible for performing maintenance activities involving part and component manufacturing, adjustments, tolerances, tool sharpening, and control and programming of machine tools. * Manufacture parts according to technical drawings and/or sketches using machining equipment. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and forestry equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards. * Read and interpret metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, rulers, tape measures, and others). * Understand tables and manuals for manufacturing keys, gears, and threads. * Know manufacturing materials (cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, brass, nylon, celeron, PVC, titanium, and other materials). **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values. * A curious, responsible person with a sense of urgency, initiative, and concern for workplace safety. * Someone with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys and believes in teamwork. * Someone comfortable working rotating shifts. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience in maintenance activities involving part and component manufacturing, adjustments, tolerances, tool sharpening, and control and programming of machine tools. * Basic training in technical drawing reading and interpretation and/or metrology is desirable. * Technical courses in Machining or Mechanical Engineering are advantageous. * CNC experience is an advantage! * Must reside in Teixeira de Freitas/BA. **Additional Information** **WE OFFER MUCH MORE THAN PAPER IN YOUR LIFE!** Healthcare: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance plans.
