Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and attentive Lead Security Guard with ethical conduct to protect people, products, and facilities under a multinational client contract. Key Highlights: 1. Will perform access control and preventive patrols. 2. Will support the store team and record incidents. 3. Professionalism and ethics in security. We currently have an opening for a Lead Security Guard at one of our client contracts. We seek professionals who are committed, attentive, and ethically grounded to ensure the protection of people, products, and facilities. Responsibilities include access control, preventive patrols, monitoring suspicious movements, supporting the store team, and recording incidents—all strictly following established security protocols. The professional will work in the retail segment at one of our multinational clients. Mandatory Requirements: * Valid security guard training or refresher course * Availability for a 12x36 shift schedule (day and night) * Prior experience in this role is a strong advantage in the selection process. ✔️ LEAD SECURITY GUARD * 12x36 shift schedule (day and night) Salary: BRL 1,750.06 + Hazard Pay + Function Allowance.
