




Job Summary: This administrative support position involves assisting with facilities service spreadsheet control, service request tracking, document organization, inventory control, and providing general support to the department. Key Highlights: 1. Support in controlling and updating facilities service spreadsheets. 2. Assistance in tracking service requests and organizing documents. 3. Support in inventory control and receiving/distribution activities. **Education:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school diploma. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support controlling and updating facilities service spreadsheets (maintenance, cleaning, property security, etc.); * Assist in tracking service requests, ensuring proper registration and forwarding to responsible parties; * Support organizing documents, physical and digital files; * Assist in inventory control of general-use materials (office supplies, PPEs, etc.); * Support receiving, inspection, and distribution of departmental materials or documents; * Accompany suppliers during service execution, when required; * Assist in collecting data and departmental performance indicators. **Desired Skills:** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn.
