We do not charge any fees or require any payment to participate in our selection processes. **Education:** * Technical degree in Plastics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Production, or related fields. **Required knowledge:** * Parameterization of plastic injection processes and peripheral equipment (temperatures, pressures, cycle times, back pressure, etc.); * Basic technical drawing interpretation; * Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems of injection molding machines; * Thermoplastic raw materials (PP, PS, ABS, or similar); * Key performance indicators such as OEE, losses, and efficiency; * Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with SPC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. **Preferred qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Basic English; * Engineering software (AutoCAD, Project, etc.).
