Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating the coiler, checking welds, identifying and weighing coils, recording data, and directing coils to packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Operating the coiler and inspecting welds. 2. Identifying, weighing, and recording coils. 3. Monitoring production and directing coils to packaging. * Remove the coil from the coiler shaft. * Perform weld tests when required. * Identify the coil sample. * Transport packaged coils to the scale using the matrim. * Weigh the coils and enter the data into the "Coil Control" report. * Sum the coil weights to monitor monthly production. * Direct the coils to the packaging department.
