This position requires on-site work in a dynamic and creative environment, focusing on executing commercial and marketing strategies to boost brand performance. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Take product photographs and edit images for use on digital platforms and promotional materials; * Create attractive layouts and designs for the website, social media, and institutional campaigns; * Upload and update images, descriptions, and information on the company's e\-commerce platform; * Develop marketing campaigns using tools such as WhatsApp Business and CRM systems, with emphasis on customer acquisition and retention; * Prepare sales performance reports, including analysis of metrics and performance indicators; * Support social media management, including post scheduling, follower engagement, and results monitoring; * Assist in executing promotional activities and brand awareness events; * Collaborate with the sales team to align commercial strategies and goals; * Monitor market trends and propose improvements to marketing initiatives.
