Visitor \& Guest Services** * **Greeting \& Welcoming:** Proactively greeting visitors with a positive attitude, notifying staff of arrivals, and guiding guests to their destinations . * **Security \& Access Control:** Managing visitor logs, issuing security badges, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and verifying that all entrants are authorized . **2\. Communication Management** * **Phone Operations:** Answering, screening, and directing incoming calls on multi\-line systems; taking accurate messages . * **Correspondence:** Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages; preparing outgoing shipments . **3\. Administrative \& Clerical Support** * **Office Tasks:** Performing data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying . * **Scheduling:** Managing meeting room calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings . * **Inventory:** Maintaining office supplies, stocking kitchens, and ordering supplies as needed . **4\.
