A retail trade company operating in Manaus market for 9 years, with 5 stores. **What We Are Looking For?** We seek a professional to lead our team and store operations with care and attention. Your role will be pivotal in retaining our customers and attracting new consumers to our brand. We are looking for someone with experience in people management and performance results, who values and actively pursues professional development. **What Will You Do Here?** · Co-responsible for people management processes of your sales team (attendance tracking, work scheduling, etc.); · Responsible for customer service and sales team leadership; · Ensure full store operation; · Engage in sales as well as operational and administrative activities; · Preventive loss and damage management; · Develop the team through meetings and training sessions, keeping them motivated and aligned with the company; · Conduct team performance evaluations; · Responsible for store cash flow; · Understand and promote the company's Vision and Mission; · Responsible for compliance with Food Safety policies, rules, and standards applicable to your workplace or process; · Adhere to all company work regulations and procedures; · Identify opportunities for improvement. · Exceed customer expectations and achieve store targets. **What Knowledge and Experience Do You Need to Share With Our Team?** · Not required, but preferred: ongoing or completed undergraduate degree; · Experience in people management and as a team leader; · Desirable knowledge of consultative customer service; · Availability to work on Sundays according to schedule (if assigned to shopping mall store); · Availability to work on certain holidays; · Experience in sales and delivering measurable results; · Experience in store operations; · Goods receiving. **Our Benefits** · Meal allowance + transportation allowance + performance bonus + product discount + SESC agreement/partnership + Live Academy partnership + Birthday Day Off. · Market-competitive remuneration + team-based rewards tied to results and performance.
